Mena Mikhail

He began his career as a pharmacist in regional Victoria, bringing firsthand operating experience across the full business lifecycle, from founding through to exit. He backs strong operators with the right capital, tried and tested growth strategies, operational expertise, and purposeful approaches so their businesses become vehicles for doing good while delivering strong performance. Mena serves as Chairman of Coptic Orphans and holds board roles across multiple commercial and community organisations. He is committed to building a legacy that goes beyond business wealth with integrity, giving with intention, and community impact.

Kristin Mikhail

Director & Head of Philanthropy

Kristin Mikhail

Kristin is Head of Philanthropy, with over a decade of experience across healthcare, education and community service. A oral health therapist by training, she has worked across private practice and public health systems, including the Royal Dental Hospital and Royal Children's Hospital of Melbourne. Actively involved in faith-based and community service for over 15 years, she helped establish Manna 4 Life Kensington and has participated in international medical missions across Fiji and Egypt since 2011. At HEVEN, Kristin oversees the Giving Fund, guiding its local and global mission. Her approach is grounded in servant leadership, ensuring the firm extends its time, talent and treasures toward meaningful, life-changing outcomes.

Melanie Davies

Melanie is Portfolio Finance Manager, bringing over 20 years of senior finance leadership across logistics, financial services, and not-for-profit sectors. A CA-qualified professional and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), she has held senior roles including Finance Director at DHL Supply Chain and leadership positions at Toll Holdings and Paintback. Her experience spans financial reporting, risk management, compliance, and governance across complex and regulated environments. Melanie provides strong financial oversight and governance, ensuring disciplined capital management, robust reporting, and operational accountability aligned with investor expectations.

Trevor Chetty

General Manager - Group Operations &  Business Integration

Trevor Chetty

Trevor, as Operations Manager, is responsible for translating strategy into execution across the group and its portfolio. With over 25 years of experience leading operations across Australia and New Zealand, he has managed complex, multi-site environments spanning supplier negotiations, new site rollouts, and performance management. He brings a strong track record of building efficient systems and improving operational outcomes at scale. Trevor oversees systems, workflows, and performance frameworks that enable businesses to scale with consistency and discipline. He is continually integrating automations into operational processes, reinforcing an efficiency-driven and forward-looking approach to growth.

Brigitte Knight

Brand & Communications Manager

Brigitte Knight

As Brand & Communications Manager, Brigitte brings over 23 years of experience across brand strategy, creative direction, and digital marketing. Her career spans both creative execution and senior marketing leadership, enabling her to integrate brand strategy, messaging, design, and performance into a cohesive growth approach. She has worked across a diverse range of sectors, including aged care, disability services, pet products, baby goods, sporting goods, FMCG, fashion, floristry, and other private equity-backed businesses. Brigitte is responsible for brand positioning, marketing strategy, and communications across the portfolio. She works closely with businesses to strengthen market presence, unlock growth opportunities, and position them to perform at a level beyond their size.
